Mortgage Checklist

The following information is usually required during the loan process:

  • Your name, current address and birthdate
  • Your Social Security number
  • Current pay stubs covering one month or, if self employed, your signed Federal tax returns for the past two years including all schedules
  • Bank statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Investment account statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Retirement account statements for the past two months (all pages)
  • Make and model of vehicles you own and their resale value
  • Credit card account information with monthly payment and balance
  • Auto loan account information with monthly payment and balance
  • Personal loan account information with monthly payment and balance
  • Goverment issued photo ID's

If you currently own Real Estate:

  • Mortgage account information with monthly payment and balance
  • Home insurance policy information - premium and agent contact information
  • Home equity account information (if applicable)
